The Camel Behind the Crafts: My name is Brie Hauser and am The Crafty Camel is my passion project! I am located in Mebane, North Carolina and currently do in person events throughout the year, live sales two times per month on Facebook live, and of course online traffic. 

I grew up helping my grandma with her booths at various craft shows growing up and I attribute that to my passion for crafting things and my passion for supporting small business. My very first dabble into the crafting scene was making beaded bracelets and bookmarks with beaded charms and selling them in her booth for spending money. I loved walking the aisles of the craft shows in the winter months and finding unique gifts for friends and family members. It felt good to use my own earned money to buy those gifts and even better to see the light in someone’s smile when I made a purchase and supported their dream. 

Fast forward to 2020 when I got my Cricut machine. I started off making things here and there with decals and slowly built up to making the clay earrings that I love as well. Before long my own brand of crafts was too large to display alongside my grandma’s items (under Crafts by Pearl) and I decided this year to actually make this into a real business and give this website thing a go! I truly appreciate all the love that you all show me. This little side hustle is definitely my passion and I love having a creative outlet that gives you all unique pieces to help you shine!
