Lottie is excited for a second chance at her childhood dream of performing as a dancer when she learns she’s been selected to dance in her hometown’s winter performance. On her way out of town she spots her husband in the arms of another woman. Her time away is filled with self discovery from learning more about who she is and what she wants to facing hard truths about her past.
This was a cute story. I’d definitely classify it more as a second chance self discovery than a true romance but finding yourself > finding love! I understand why this ended the way it did for the FMC but man I wish career wise she would have gone all the way. That scene with the glass ornaments was very touching and such a great visual. A slow build with a good lesson about family and living up to your full potential.
