Book Review: I Know Who You Are by Alice Feeney

Aimee Sinclair is a famous actress with a mysterious past. When he husband mysteriously disappears one day with his wallet and phone still at home on the coffee table, she assumes he’s just gone out. But he never comes home. Before long Aimee finds herself facing charges of his murder. She begins questioning her sanity the longer this goes on as law enforcement seems convinced she’s guilty. When the police find the body of a man in her home, it seems they have all they need to build a case around her. Who would frame her? Who would want to see her brought down? Or did she forget everything she’s done?

This one was wild! I truly thought I had this one wrapped up in my head and I was absolutely wrong. This book has layers upon layers to it due to “Aimee’s” twisted past and childhood and then her rise to fame and present situation. I was truly disgusted at more than one thing in this book and that speaks to the talent of Alice Feeney’s writing. I’m actually a little sad because I have no more AF to read now with this one done!

I recommend this for those who enjoy a good psychological thriller.

TW: incest, kidnapping, child abuse
