I went into this a little bit skeptical - there were a lot of opinions of it circulating, good and bad. I’m so glad I decided to read it for myself. Pamela seems like such a compassionate and down to earth person. I grew up a fan of Baywatch and was always captivated by CJ’s character. I had no idea how deep her love for animals and passion for animal activism went. I was amazed to learn CJ was based on Pamela’s own personality and passions. Her life has truly been a whirlwind and I’m thankful she shared it with us. As usual with memoirs, I recommend listening to the audiobook form.
